Together with in-lite, we faced a major challenge: making innovative and smart garden lighting work together seamlessly. The result? A user-friendly native application combined with an innovative Bluetooth Mesh network. This allows users to control all their outdoor lighting with just the touch of a button. The app makes it easy to create and manage various lighting scenes, bringing any garden to life in an instant.
Each garden light is part of a Bluetooth mesh network, connecting them to each other and to the transformer. The app connects to the transformer via Bluetooth, which then relays all commands to the lights through this smart mesh network. The primary advantage of a Bluetooth mesh network is its exceptional stability and reliability.

To connect all the lamps, we developed a custom API and handled the Bluetooth protocol implementation in-house. Thanks to this Bluetooth Mesh network, all smart lights communicate with each other, allowing users to control their lighting anytime, anywhere, without the usual limitations of Bluetooth range. Routines and motion sensors offer a smart, sustainable way to manage the garden, while in-lite Scenes allow users to easily save their preferred settings for any occasion.
The main challenge lay in bundling all the commands sent to the lamps. Since a garden often contains numerous smart lights, sending all commands simultaneously would overload the network. To solve this, we developed a system that sends commands in batches. Managing the feedback loop, recognizing successful commands and checking them off the list, was another challenge we successfully overcame.
Furthermore, the system is integrated with HomeKit and Google Home, further enhancing compatibility and ease of use. We have also added support for RGB lighting, allowing users to personalize their outdoor space with even more versatility
