HOW WE WORK
As an Android developer, you work on several projects within diverse project groups. This way you work with various colleagues. A project team often consists of a Project Manager, front-end engineer, back-end developer, designer, and a tester. After all, everyone has their own talents and expertise and we like to make use of that. In this way, everyone in the team is involved in planning, dividing tasks among themselves, and achieving success in sprints.
The projects you will work on vary from developing apps from scratch, adding features to existing apps, to testing the apps in collaboration with the tester. The teams are divided into two units. The Native (Kotlin, Swift) unit and the Hybrid unit (React, React Native). As an Android developer, you join the Native team.
There are currently 25 colleagues working within Coffee IT. We are growing fast, and that means that there are plenty of career opportunities for you.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
As a junior Android developer, you will develop, test, improve, maintain and update the software daily.
- Ensure that there is a stable connection between back-end and front-end
- Collaborating with the designer about the UI
- Drafting and managing of (process-)documentations
- Writing unit and integration tests
- Sharing knowledge within the Android team
