Are you our new Mobile App Tester? Do you enjoy thinking strategically about Quality Assurance, demolishing our apps, documenting your steps and sparring with the development team about the bugs found? Then you are the person we are looking for!
HOW WE WORK
The front-end developers are divided into two units. The Native (Kotlin/Swift) unit and the hybrid unit (React, React Native). If App Tester are you the link between these units and you work daily on the apps of brands such as KLM, Roompot and In-lite.
At the moment, more than 35 colleagues work at Coffee IT. We are growing fast and that means that there are plenty of career opportunities for you.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
We are looking for a QA engineer to help our project teams improve the quality of our apps. You will write the various test plans together with the developers. You are responsible for determining the quality strategy, implementation and assurance. You also have a good relationship with the Project Manager to ensure that the wishes of the customer are guaranteed.
- Define and implement the quality strategy and quality goals for all product teams
- Write and maintain test plans
- Improve the quality of our apps and internal processes
- Work closely with the Project Managers to define clear quality criteria
- Supporting our developers on quality goals and writing automation tests that are easy to maintain
- Write relevant tests and make sure they are executed at the right time
- Think outside the box and come up with interesting peripheral scenarios

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS
You are communicatively strong and know how to give and receive feedback in the right way. You are meticulous in drawing up the documentation. You have experience with automated and manual testing. In addition, you are very creative and you can put yourself in the shoes of a user of the app.
- Minimum completed MBO-4 IT training or demonstrable relevant work experience
- Experience with various tools for automated testing
- Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented
- You know how to set your right priorities
- You master the Dutch and English language
