HOW WE WORK
A working day starts with a cup of coffee and a stand-up with the team. Then you open the JIRA board and look at your tasks for the day. The first thing on the schedule is customizing a landing page. Then you sit down with Marthijn to discuss the content agenda. At 12 o'clock you will have lunch with us at the office (or at home).
In the afternoon you dive into our marketing tools to check the campaign results of one of our clients. You immediately see an opportunity to optimize the campaign. You adjust it immediately and share the results with the customer. Then see Je an opportunity to increase engagement with visitors by making a small adjustment to our website, for which you set up an A/B test.
Coffee IT currently consists of 40+ colleagues. We have grown rapidly in the past year, not only in terms of colleagues, but our services have also expanded. In addition, we guide our customers with the positioning of their apps and SaaS products. We have found all our customers through smart (online)marketing.
We work from our HQ in Utrecht, but of course you can also work from home for part of the week.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
As a (junior) Online Marketeer, you work within the marketing team not only on the growth of Coffee IT itself, but also on that of our customers. For fast-growing customers like BabyManager, De Lerende Ambtenaar and Gimi, we build on the success of the app every week.
