You become the face of Coffee IT. With your enthusiasm you give every colleague, customer and guest a big smile upon arrival. HOW WE WORK
At the moment more than 40 employees work at Coffee IT. Working at Coffee IT means that you join an open team full of go-getters. The vast majority of your colleagues work on developing apps for our customers on a daily basis. Within Coffee IT you get a lot of freedom and everyone is open to new ideas.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
As an office manager you are indispensable in our fast-growing organization. You are not only the link in the work process, but also the business card to our customers. As an Office Manager you are organized, communicatively strong and a jack of all trades. In short, you enjoy working for your colleagues and customers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications
- Welcoming clients, candidates and new colleagues
- Office policy and inventory management

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS
You are a friendly and pleasant person. You have a positive mindset and a good sense of humor. Planning is one of your strongest qualities and you can keep several balls in the air at the same time. You see details that others miss and are very helpful. In addition to Dutch, you also speak fluent English.
- You have MBO + / HBO working and thinking level
- You have demonstrable experience as an office manager or (department) secretary
- You know how to handle
