HOW WE WORK
We have a cozy team of over 35 colleagues, divided over different disciplines. You can work flexibly in your working hours, but we always start the day with a day start at 09:00. Here you discuss with sales and marketing which projects you picked up the day before and what is on the agenda for today.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
As a recruiter at Coffee IT, you are responsible for finding and captivating the developers who help us build the coolest apps. You do this, among other things, by writing vacancy texts, using effective recruitment channels, conducting introductions and hiring new employees.
Of course it doesn't stop with hiring an employee. Together with the COO you take care of the onboarding and you are the first contact for HR related questions and administration. This includes processing new contracts, keeping track of personnel changes and processing new changes in (HR) policy.
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS?
- You have at least HBO working and thinking level
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
- You are stress resistant and flexible
- You have good communication skills
- You have a strong affinity with IT
THE TEAM
Coffee IT currently consists of more than 35 colleagues. We have grown rapidly in the past year, not only in terms of colleagues, but our services have also expanded. We have ambitious plans to expand the team in the coming years!
We work from our HQ in Utrecht, but of course you can also work from home for part of the week.
