For our fast-growing scale-up we are looking for an ambitious Project Manager, Product Owner, Team lead, Digital Manager, call it what you want to call it. HOW WE WORK
We have a cozy team consisting of more than 35 colleagues. We enjoy developing innovative apps that make an impact. Together with our leading clients such as KLM, Roompot and Deloitte, we work hard to achieve the goals. If IT Project Manager you have a lot of influence on this and you are the crucial link between the customer and the team.
Within development we have made a distinction between Native (iOS & Android) and Hybrid (React & React Native). As a Project Manager you become part of the Native Unit. As a Project Manager you work within different project groups. A project team often consists of a front-end engineer, back-end developer, designer, tester and of course the Project Manager. After all, everyone has their own talents and expertise and we like to make use of them. In this way, everyone in the team is involved in planning, distributing tasks and achieving success in sprints.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
As a Project Manager you are involved in a project from start to finish. You think strategically, create a clear roadmap together with the customer and shape the scope. Together with the project team you develop innovative apps for our customers. As a Project Manager you are responsible for:
- Setting up effective SCRUM meetings
- Formulating a realistic schedule for the team and the client
- Setting the right priorities (user stories & backlog)
- Maintaining a good relationship with the customer
- Anticipating any escalations in a timely manner and communicating these with the customer
- Identifying commercial opportunities at the customer

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience in building teams
- Strong communication skills
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Understanding of mobile software development
- You enjoy working on various projects
- Speaks the language of the designers and developers
