REACT-NATIVEFRAMEWORK
React Native is the newcomer within Coffee IT for developing high standard cross-platform apps. React Native apps are a bit between native and hybrid apps in. The boundaries between native apps and hybrid apps are blurred with this framework. React Native is similar to React, except that the apps are not rendered in HTML but in native elements of the operating system in which the app is built.
We've explored extensively with the framework and we're a fan. In the meantime, we not only employ several React Native gurus, but we have also launched our first projects in React Native!
Knaek is our latest React Native app. It is the student discount app for students in the Netherlands and Belgium. The app was initially developed elsewhere but showed flaws and bugs. That is why we have refactored the entire app in React Native.
