HOW WE WORK
Within Coffee IT we work with three units. Two of them are the Hybrid and Native unit, both consisting of developers, project managers and designers. As an online marketer you work within the commerce unit. In this unit we are working on improving all our channels on a daily basis, but we also help our customers with the marketing of their online products.
There are currently 39 colleagues working at Coffee IT. We are growing fast and that means that there are plenty of career opportunities for you.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
A working day starts with a cup of coffee and a team meeting with your colleagues. Then you open the JIRA board and look at your schedule for today. The first thing on the schedule is customizing a landing page. It's up to you to make the company's website easier to find. At 12 o'clock you will have lunch with us at the office (or at home).
In the afternoon you dive into our marketing tools to see the current state of our most important keywords. You see an opportunity to increase the interaction with visitors by making a small adjustment on our website, for which you set up an A/B test. Then you answer some questions via social media. At 17 p.m. you join the Google Meet for our coffee quarter and catch up with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who gets excited about everything around online marketing. You are already familiar with SEO, like to write activating texts and would like to learn about all facets of (online) marketing.
You will be given direct responsibilities within the marketing team. You are therefore not afraid to make choices and to substantiate them with data. Quality is important to you and that is why you work consistently and structured. Finally, you are busy with your professional and personal development on a daily basis.
