Flat tires are relatively common in trucks, but according to Route42 can be prevented in time. Route42 is a startup that focuses on innovation in truck transport.
The Route42 Aerio app allows drivers to easily view the pressure and temperature of each tire at any time. In combination with the connection of the tire pressure monitor to Route 42's N-able, accurate notifications are also generated for optimal control and safety.
The Aerio app offers a smart solution for efficient tire management in the transport sector. Thanks to Bluetooth and the N-Able module, drivers and fleet owners get real-time insight into the tire status, which ensures greater safety and lower costs.
Notifications
Is one of the tires bad or is it flat? The Aerio app ensures that the driver immediately receives a notification on the smartphone. Because the driver can be there quickly, this saves a lot of time and money because a tire can be replaced in time or the driver can stop in time.
Bluetooth and N-Able
De hybrid app enables the generation of data by means of Bluetooth and ensures that it is made available to the driver. So that he has easy and clear access to all the data about the tires. N-Able is installed in the truck that works together with the tire pressure monitor of Route42 and collects the data. These are then read in by the hybrid app. The generated information is then visible to both the driver and the fleet owner.
Tire pressure
The Aerio app displays an overview of all tires and data can be read for each tire individually. Not only can the pressure be seen, but also the temperature of the tire. The monitor in the app shows a complete overview of all tires. Making this data transparent in this way can save up to 25% in fuel costs.
