LiveAdvize is an initiative of four experienced entrepreneurs who know a lot about the development of digital concepts and customer management, but just not enough about all those other things you encounter as an entrepreneur. Too often they ran into problems with unanswered questions. The dream of the four founders was to improve this for other entrepreneurs. That's how LiveAdvize was born.
LiveAdvize connects entrepreneurs and experts so they can help each other with issues and advice. The development-oriented web app that we created for LiveAdvize is fast, easy to use and completely free. This way, as an entrepreneur, you have more time for what is really important: doing business!
LiveAdvize wants to help entrepreneurs in the Netherlands in their development as entrepreneurs in an accessible, fast and efficient way. For this reason, the technology of a web tool was chosen. The web app makes it possible to ask a question directly to experts who are online.
This way, entrepreneurs get direct advice on all their questions from experts who are specialized in their field. No automatically generated answers, bots or long waiting times. Users choose the expert that suits their question.

The first phase was the design phase. During this phase, there was a lot of discussion with the client. The house style was translated into the design, the final colours were chosen and multiple design wireframes were created. In consultation with the client, the current style was ultimately chosen.
After completion of the design phase, we started developing the web tool. The development was a continuous process, in which there was a lot of contact between the clients and the project leaders. The user flow was further optimized by collecting feedback from tests that were performed on a regular basis.

The app has the following technical components: profile service, chat service, question service, auth service, notification service and a review service.
Widgets
We've created widget integrations that external sites can deploy. This makes the use of the tool more accessible and accessible to the target group.
Expert environment
Experts can log in to their personal environment. Here they can update their profile information, view questions and chat with entrepreneurs.
