FREAKY FRIDAY: THE EVENING CLOCK EDITION

Yes. Last Friday it was that time again: Coffee IT's Freaky Friday. Everyone in the Coffee IT team can work on their own projects and ideas. Lines? There are none, as long as you learn something from them. And that's a good thing: Coffee IT consists of developers, designers and marketers who always enjoy exploring the latest developments and techniques.

With every Freaky Friday edition, a great initiative comes out, according to two colleagues previous FF an Android app converted to VR. This edition we stay in the Android corner; because our colleague Daphne (Android developer) worked on a fun project last Friday that we want to share with you!

curfew app; how do you turn the limitation into something fun?

What is the whole of the Netherlands doing right now? Exactly.. the curfew. Daphne had the idea to turn this 'limitation' into something positive. An app that entertains after curfew has started. She started at 8:30 sharp and was able to do it entire Coffee IT team present an app with the basic functionalities during lunch. Daphne then worked hard for the rest of the day to finish the app at the end of the day.

Then designer Tom helped with the design of the app and tada….! The Curfew app is ready for launch?.

The app shows how long you have before the curfew starts, the text that can be seen also changes as it gets later. Then a wheel appears after 21:00 in which various activities are already filled. Give the rat a good spin and you have an evening-filling program! Do you have your own ideas for the wheel? Then you can easily fill it in yourself.
